My practice is perfect because I show up for it.

I humble my ego
open my heart
and let it be true

some days I weep and wail
and shake and growl

I let myself move, however it flows through

I breathe deeeeep, embodied breath
and let myself be compl

to love someone so deeply they remember the truth of who they are 🦋

I was 22 when I was pregnant with my son. The clearest wisdom I had in that moment was “He’s going to change the world.”
